Personal data is only collected if you provide it voluntarily, for example in the context of a contact request or an offer (Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR).

Personal data is information about personal or factual circumstances that can be assigned to you easily and clearly. This includes, for example, your name, your address, your telephone number or your email address.

If there is the possibility of entering personal data on our website, we ask you to check for yourself which data you would like to disclose to us. We need the mandatory fields marked as such to process the respective request or your order. Data collected beyond this is voluntary and is used to optimize our service offering and, if applicable, for statistical purposes. IV. Transmission of Personal Data

We generally do not pass on personal data to third parties unless this is necessary for contract fulfillment (for example, transmission of address data to a service provider), otherwise permissible under applicable legal provisions, or you have given your consent.

We are partially supported in our business processes by service providers (so-called processors) (e.g. for providing the website or other IT services or for maintenance), who may come into contact with your personal data.
