About Us:
Each year, we organize the WeihnachtsZauber Gendarmenmarkt, one of the most renowned Christmas markets in Germany. Our goal is to offer our visitors an unparalleled Christmas experience, characterized by a unique atmosphere and high-quality offerings.

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the commissioning, monitoring, and operation of the entire market, including equipment, the event site, and outdoor areas.
• Technical point of contact for exhibitors and food vendors.
• Point of contact for service providers and security.
• Carrying out repair work and, if necessary, commissioning external companies.
• Rapid response and immediate assistance in case of incidents, as well as detailed documentation of such events.
• Documentation of energy consumption for all exhibitors.
• Responsibility for rental items of the market, including preparation of damage reports.
• Written evaluation and settlement of the market for the technical area.

Your Profile:

• Completed technical training with a master craftsman qualification or a degree in event management/technology, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in technical management of large-scale events.
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of responsibility.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Very good skills in documentation and reporting.
• Very good command of German and English.
