About Us:
Each year, we organize the WeihnachtsZauber Gendarmenmarkt, one of the most renowned Christmas markets in Germany. Our goal is to offer our visitors an unparalleled Christmas experience, characterized by a unique atmosphere and high-quality offerings.

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the commissioning, monitoring, and operation of the entire market, including equipment, the event site, and outdoor areas.
• Technical point of contact for exhibitors and food vendors.
• Point of contact for service providers and security.
• Carrying out repair work and, if necessary, commissioning external companies.
• Rapid response and immediate assistance in case of incidents, as well as detailed documentation of such events.
• Documentation of energy consumption for all exhibitors.
• Responsibility for rental items of the market, including preparation of damage reports.
• Written evaluation and settlement of the market for the technical area.

Your Profile:

• Completed technical training with a master craftsman qualification or a degree in event management/technology, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in technical management of large-scale events.
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of responsibility.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Very good skills in documentation and reporting.
• Very good command of German and English.

We’re Looking for Support for Our Sales Team

Schneeweisschen & Rosenrot Keramik is looking for support for our outdoor sales team at Gendarmenmarkt.

We are a family-run ceramics manufactory from northern Germany, where we create our Christmas ornaments and figurines in our own workshop.

We work in two shifts per sales day (early and late shift), with a team of 2–3 employees. Flexible working hours are possible. Employment can be arranged as a mini-job, on short notice, or on a freelance invoice basis.

Requirements

• Good German skills and at least basic knowledge of English
• Minimum age of 18
• Enjoyment of sales and working with customers
• Ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility
• Punctuality and reliability
