We are looking for a reliable and outgoing team member (student, freelancer or self-employed – short-term employment/minijob) to join our team.
Your role
You will be responsible for presenting and selling our attractive and unique handmade ceramic collection at the beautiful WeihnachtsZauber Gendarmenmarkt Christmas market in Berlin.
The market runs from 23 November to 31 December 2026. We particularly need support during the period after Christmas through 31 December, as many people are away from Berlin during this time visiting family. Taking 1–3 days off is generally no problem; longer periods of absence would need to be discussed in advance.
As every year, our stand is located outdoors, so you should enjoy working in the fresh air. Good pay is, of course, part of the offer.
A pleasant atmosphere at the stand and a great team spirit have always been important foundations for success, job satisfaction and, above all, having fun at work.
What we are looking for
Confidence and knowledge of our product range are important when engaging with customers and providing them with competent advice.
Honesty, friendliness and reliability are essential qualities for working successfully as part of our team and for creating a positive and memorable experience for visitors to the Christmas market.
English skills are required. Additional languages are a welcome advantage when interacting with customers, as visitors from all over the world come to experience one of Berlin’s most beautiful Christmas markets.
We look forward to hearing from you and receiving your application!

✨ Outgoing, reliable, and open-minded
✨ Enjoys sales and art

✨ 11 hours per day
✨ Hourly pay – compensation to be discussed in person
