2. Data Collection

I. Server Logs

There is no need to provide personal data if you only visit our website or retrieve information from our website.
When you visit our website, the browser on your device automatically sends information to the server on our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is recorded without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted:

II. Statistical Data Collection with WP-SlimStat

In order to improve the quality of our Website pages and to determine their reach, data is collected and processed for statistical purposes.

Your IP address is not stored. Additionally, it is anonymized at the time of collection. It is therefore impossible to assign the statistical data to a person. The collected data will not be transmitted to third parties but stored and processed exclusively on our web server. The data collected will not be merged with other data sources.

Additional data collected is data which has being provided voluntary and will be used to optimize services offered on our website and, if necessary, for statistical purposes. Under no circumstances will the collected data be sold or otherwise marketed.

IV. Transmission of Personal Data

We do not pass on any personal data to third parties unless this it is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract (e.g. transmission of address data to a service provider), otherwise permitted by relevant legal provisions or you have given your consent.

4 Our Technical Standards

For transferring data, we use the so-called SSL security procedure (Secure Socket Layer) in conjunction with 256-bit encryption. This technology offers maximum security and is  also used by banks for data protection in online banking. Transmission of encrypted data is indicated to you when a closed key or lock symbol is displayed in the lower status bar of your browser.

You have the right to receive free of charge information about your stored data and, if necessary, to have your data corrected, blocked or deleted.
